Description

As a member of the administrative support team for an underwriter, you will be required to..:
  • Generate insurance contracts and endorsements at the request of underwriters
  • Monitor and calculate premium adjustments to insurance contracts
  • Verify and process appraisal invoices
  • Check and produce various insurance documents such as certificates
  • Handle day-to-day policy issues
  • Monitor premium payments to maintain efficient management of the insurance portfolio
  • Answer telephone calls to support brokers or take messages for underwriters

Your profile

  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • You have at least 10 years' experience in finance.
  • Your organizational skills are impeccable.
  • You are meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • You are also highly customer service-oriented.
  • Previous experience in insurance brokerage in Belgium would be an asset.
