Description
- Preparation of letters of credit and establishment of guarantees for new mortgage and professional loan applications, such as cash loans, straight loans and investment loans, which are customized for clients.
- Administratively manage various changes within existing loan portfolio, such as mortgage transfers, desolidarizations, modifications or releases of guarantees, etc.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth processing and good communication with colleagues from various teams within the Credits Department.
- Maintain regular contact, both verbal and written, with sales outlets and external parties, including notaries.
- Contribute to the follow-up of accounting accounts and the processing and reporting of statistical data.
Your profile
- For the credit administrator position, we are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree in a legal or business field or equivalent;
- You possess basic knowledge of credit and guarantees;
- Experience in processing or analyzing credit files and guarantees is required, preferably gained in a notary's office;
- You are committed, thorough, optimistic and dare to take responsibility;
- Working accurately, keeping an overview and setting priorities are among your strengths;
- You are able to communicate and write fluently in both Dutch and French, and you are familiar with common software applications such as Word and Excel.
