File manager

As an estate file manager at our client in Antwerp, you will be responsible for handling files with a focus on client experience and risk management. You will collect and analyze data, communicate proactively with clients and colleagues, and strive for continuous improvement of processes. This role offers a challenging opportunity for at least 3 months to contribute to service quality within a professional environment.

Description

  • Handle operational files efficiently and accurately, with a focus on optimal customer experience
  • Collect and analyze data to assess files (e.g., claims and credit applications)
  • Proactively and empathetically communicate with customers and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Perform administrative tasks correctly and timely and ensure clear documentation of files
  • Actively contribute to process optimization and identify areas for improvement within the working method
  • Make decisions within the specified framework of guidelines and authority, with attention to risk management and continuous improvement
  • Handle files in a timely and quality manner, in accordance with SLAs.

Your profile

  • A completed education at Bachelor's level, preferably in a legal or financial field
  • Experience in file management or a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and preferably also in French
  • Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate empathically
  • Proactive in identifying improvements and optimizing processes.
