As an estate file manager at our client in Antwerp, you will be responsible for handling files with a focus on client experience and risk management. You will collect and analyze data, communicate proactively with clients and colleagues, and strive for continuous improvement of processes. This role offers a challenging opportunity for at least 3 months to contribute to service quality within a professional environment.
Description
- Handle operational files efficiently and accurately, with a focus on optimal customer experience
- Collect and analyze data to assess files (e.g., claims and credit applications)
- Proactively and empathetically communicate with customers and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Perform administrative tasks correctly and timely and ensure clear documentation of files
- Actively contribute to process optimization and identify areas for improvement within the working method
- Make decisions within the specified framework of guidelines and authority, with attention to risk management and continuous improvement
- Handle files in a timely and quality manner, in accordance with SLAs.
Your profile
- A completed education at Bachelor's level, preferably in a legal or financial field
- Experience in file management or a similar position
- Strong analytical skills and a critical attitude
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and preferably also in French
- Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate empathically
- Proactive in identifying improvements and optimizing processes.
