Are you a master of communication and experienced in financial products? We are looking for a Communication Product Manager to join the team of one of our clients. If you have a relevant experience in Asset Management, are fluent in Dutch, and have excellent communication skills, then this autonomous position is for you. Description
Within a diverse and dynamic team of two, your main tasks will be as follows:- Developing and maintaining a very good knowledge of the technical aspects of the financial products and investment processes.
- Monitoring and if necessary explaining the products, their evolution and related transactions.
- Prepare and monitor comprehensive documentation on our listed asset allocation & private client products: product presentations, brochures, presentations and other sales tools.
- Act as internal point of contact for all inquiries regarding products, processes and investment strategies for private clients.
- Help implement the marketing and communication strategy regarding the expertise and products related to asset allocation.
- Attending Asset Allocation Committee meetings.
- Assisting in the preparation of our roadshows and seminars; helping the sales teams handle products/management for retail clients.
- Deliver exposures, chair information sessions and provide training around expertise and products for retail clients.
- Work closely with other Client Portfolio Managers and with the Private Portfolio Management department.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- You have excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and oral, in Dutch and English. You have a good active knowledge of French.
- You have at least 5 years erving in the banking sector, in financial products and/or in product management.
- You can improve service levels and communication to meet customer expectations.
- You are flexible and adaptable and have the social skills to communicate with the customer and ensure they understand what you are saying in relation to their own expertise, knowledge and financial skills.
- You share your knowledge of and views on the market.
