Description
- You receive telephone and e-mail inquiries from our sales staff, partners and credit intermediaries, and record their requests correctly;
- You carefully prepare the administration of these files to enable credit decision-makers to make informed judgments; you don't hesitate to pick up the phone to ask customers for additional information;
- You follow up files;
- You work closely with relationship managers and credit decision-makers. You are the main point of contact for our B2B and end-customers, and keep them informed about the progress of their file;
- You are in charge of verifying contracts from a legal point of view and the conformity of credit contract supporting documents;
- Control pricing and rate waivers;
- Contacting our partners, credit intermediaries or customers to find solutions for files where a document does not comply;
- Making funds available on the accounts of our customers or credit intermediaries.
Your profile
- Language requirements are Dutch, French Good knowledge of comprehension, writing and oral expression;
- At least 2 years' experience in this field;
- In this dynamic and constantly evolving environment, we are looking for motivated people with the following skills:;
o Customer and solution oriented, good stress resistance;
o Ability to work independently;
- You're a real chameleon and love multitasking;
- You have a Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years' professional experience;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, are at ease on the telephone and know how to establish solid relations with our partners with diplomacy.
