Description
- You will primarily be responsible for managing from A to Z of claims files BA Construction;
- Opening the file;
- Determination of liabilities based on policy conditions, legal provisions and applicable case law;
- Appointing experts:
- Compensating the claimant;
- You will be in frequent contact with our insureds and our external collaborators (experts, lawyers, etc.);
- You control the entire process and determine the direction of the file.
Your profile
- You hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in insurance or law;
- Minimum 2 years experience in insurance and in the construction sector is important;
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus;
- You are a good communicator, able to work autonomously and have strong communication skills;
- You are organized and enjoy working in a team;
- You work accurately, critically and do not shy away from initiative.
