Description
- You act as the internal and external point of contact for all questions regarding the supplier accounting (Accounts Payable);
- You manage the supplier accounts in an autonomous and highly accurate manner - this means that you carry out the necessary verifications regarding incoming invoices, entries, bank statements and carry out corrections where necessary;
- You prepare periodic declarations, such as VAT declarations, and ensure their timely and correct submission;
- As administrator of the AP system, you will report regularly on the status and also spontaneously suggest process improvements;
- You have an active role in the financial audit process, assisting with monthly and annual closings;
- You are ready to provide basic accounting trainings for attorneys and staff.
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Accountancy-Taxation and complement this with at least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- You are IT savvy: MS Office holds no secrets for you and you have experience with accounting software;
- Experience with MS Dynamics? An absolute asset;
- You love to unleash your strong analytical skills and your attention to detail on the figures;
- You guarantee a solution-oriented approach;
- You have a customer-oriented work attitude, anticipating needs both internally and externally and collaborating efficiently for optimal results;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch. Do you complement this with a solid knowledge of French and English? Absolute plus!
