Description
- You will analyze damage by reviewing fire reports and checking that they are legitimate by investigating the circumstances and causes;
- Manage the entire claims process, from initial notification to final resolution, ensuring proper follow-up;
- Communicate with customers to gather information, explain procedures and answer their questions during the claims process;
- You will work with claims adjusters to organize assessments, obtain expert reports and provide accurate loss estimates;
- Make informed decisions on claims, keeping in mind the company's standards and applicable rules;
- You will prepare detailed reports on claims, document everything you do and update claims management systems;
- You look for ways to improve internal processes and participate in projects to optimize claims handling.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in insurance or law;
- You are French-speaking and have a perfect command of the language;
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar position;
- You have good commercial acumen, allowing you to understand and respond to customers' needs;
- You are comfortable making phone calls and establishing direct contact with customers;
- You are assertive.
