Description

As a BOAR Subscriber, you are the main point of contact and the person of trust for the customers assigned to you within a leading professional organization in the art insurance market.
  • You manage customer queries, ensuring that you fully understand their needs.
  • You negotiate with partner insurers to find the most appropriate solutions to our customers' requests and requirements.
  • You create contracts (new contracts or renewals) in compliance with ethical standards and deadlines.
  • You are responsible for premium administration and collection.
  • You carry out the technical and administrative tasks involved in managing a portfolio of insurance contracts, ensuring active and meticulous follow-up.
  • You maintain smooth, professional communication with our customers, advising and guiding them through the procedures required to process their requests.
  • You guarantee a quality service in line with internal standards and participate in our continuous improvement process.
  • You take collective responsibility for the smooth running of the team, and together with your colleagues, ensure that our customers receive excellent, comprehensive and efficient service.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in insurance, law, economics, finance or equivalent professional experience.
  • You have successfully completed PCP certification.
  • You have acquired experience in the insurance field, preferably with a broker.
  • You have an analytical mind and are able to summarize.
  • You enjoy teamwork and know how to establish a relationship of trust and sharing.
  • You are autonomous, solution-oriented and have good negotiating skills.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch.
  • You are familiar with the underwriting and management tools used by insurance companies.
  • You have advanced knowledge of Office suite tools.
