Description

  • You are responsible from A to Z for the recruitment of new IT employees: you listen to and understand the needs of your hiring managers, you establish the best strategy to attract the right profiles, you do proactive sourcing, you conduct all interviews with your candidates, you manage offers and contract signatures;
  • Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you also participate in numerous projects related to recruitment, branding, D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) topics, etc;
  • You ensure an optimal experience for your stakeholders: both your hiring managers and your candidates are at the center of our attention, and you make sure to offer them the best possible experience;
  • We also have a strong internal mobility policy: you are therefore on the front line to encourage our employees to develop, seize new opportunities, and grow within the companie;
  • We are counting on you to bring innovation, new ideas, your best practices, your experience and your sense of humor.

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of initial experience in recruitment;
  • You are very familiar with the world of IT, the challenges it presents, the profiles sought, the technical environments and the technology stacks;
  • You are rigorous, well-organized and determined;
  • You are a real team player: our team is very close-knit and we are always looking to optimize our processes;
  • You have good communication skills;
  • You have a very good level in French and Dutch.
