Description
- Draw up complex offers within your product group;
- Underwrite contracts and draft endorsements;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your group's products;
- Pass on product knowledge and information to colleagues;
- Write and follow up claims files in your product group;
- Work closely with consultants who visit customers;
- Respect internal control, confidentiality and compliance procedures;
- Develop customer relations by answering complex and technical questions;
- Facilitate cross-selling to existing members in collaboration with internal and external sales teams;
- Monitor and execute regular processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical insurance field;
- Knowledge of life insurance;
- Bilingual: Dutch-French;
- At least 10 years' experience in the insurance industry:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
