Description
- You independently analyze the complaint and estimate the impact of the case;
- You consult with other parties within the bank, including outside the department, to formulate a solution within the framework of the bank's strategy;
- You communicate the solution to the customer, orally or in writing, and always within the deadlines imposed on you according to the segment to which the customer belongs;
- You use your knowledge of the bottlenecks to formulate and communicate structural improvements;
- You maintain your product knowledge in an independent manner in order to remain efficient in finding solutions.
Your profile
- In possession of a bachelor's degree;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field;
- Good knowledge of banking products;
- Dutch-speaking with a basic knowledge of French;
- Easy to work in a collegial atmosphere;
- Accurate and efficient working.
