Description

  • You independently analyze the complaint and estimate the impact of the case;
  • You consult with other parties within the bank, including outside the department, to formulate a solution within the framework of the bank's strategy;
  • You communicate the solution to the customer, orally or in writing, and always within the deadlines imposed on you according to the segment to which the customer belongs;
  • You use your knowledge of the bottlenecks to formulate and communicate structural improvements;
  • You maintain your product knowledge in an independent manner in order to remain efficient in finding solutions.

Your profile

  • In possession of a bachelor's degree;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field;
  • Good knowledge of banking products;
  • Dutch-speaking with a basic knowledge of French;
  • Easy to work in a collegial atmosphere;
  • Accurate and efficient working.
