Description
- You are part of a team that advises large corporations on employee benefits and manages pension funds;
- You're responsible for handling clients' data files and importing them into our administration system;
- You ensure that all correspondence to participants in the pension plan is prepared correctly and promptly (handling departures, settlements to beneficiaries, preparing annual pension statements, etc.);
- You understand the legal and technical aspects of supplementary pensions and provide support to clients and/or participants in this regard;
- You assist the auditor in conducting the pension fund audit and ensure that all necessary documents are prepared;
- You are responsible for the annual reporting to the FSMA and all other legal reporting;
- You prepare presentations for the board meetings/general assemblies of the pension fund and also have the opportunity to participate in them.
Your profile
- You hold a higher education degree (bachelor's or master's) in economics, law, or insurance;
- Interest in insurance (employee benefits, group insurances, or related programs) is a plus;
- You have a perfect command of English and a good knowledge of French or Dutch.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software is necessary;
- You're a service-minded team player with excellent social skills;
- Accuracy is your second nature!
