Description
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of Banking & Finance transactions independently;
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client transactions;
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to banking transactions;
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on regulatory compliance and risk management;
- Mentor and train junior lawyers, offering guidance on best practices and professional development;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions;
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for client inquiries;
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in Banking & Finance law;
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base.
Your profile
- Your interest and extensive experience (2 to 7 years) within Banking & Finance transactional work have meant that this field holds few secrets for you;
- You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your own files;
- Mentoring and motivating junior lawyers gives you energy;
- You have a true entrepreneurial spirit and an inexhaustible passion for the business;
- You have an excellent knowledge of English.
