Description
- Provide legal advice and support in the areas of insurance law and liability law;
- Manage a caseload independently, taking ownership of cases from start to finish;
- Conduct regulatory and advisory work, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and policy documents;
- Offer clear, practical, and client-focused legal solutions tailored to specific needs;
- Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge sharing and contribute to team growth;
- Stay informed about industry developments and changes in insurance regulations;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Your profile
- You hold a Belgian law degree and have between 2 to 7 years of experience as a lawyer, with a strong interest in insurance law and liability law;
- You have experience in regulatory and advisory work and are eager to deepen and expand these skills;
- You enjoy applying your legal expertise in a client-focused way, providing clear and practical advice;
- You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your cases;
- You enjoy contributing to the growth of the team and are open to sharing your knowledge and collaborating;
- An excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is essential. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
