  • You will be responsible for handling and arranging documents, such as opening, updating, and closing files to make sure that all information is accurately stored for our client.
  • Review various types of paperwork, like legal documents, client communications, letters, reports, and presentations for accuracy as part of your proofreading responsibilities.
  • Complete submissions on the Luxembourg Business Register through e-filing and e-Desk platforms.
  • Manage and arrange schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Familiarity with internal KYC procedures is a bonus, and you should ensure they are conducted correctly.
  • Keep databases, such as InterAction, up to date with the latest information.
  • Help out with any additional secretarial tasks that may come up.

Your profile

  • You must have at least 3-5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or a comparable role.
  • Prior work experience in a Luxembourg law firm or a similar professional setting is required.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Possession of a secretarial studies qualification or equivalent is necessary.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with IManage is advantageous.
  • You need to demonstrate exceptional integrity and a positive demeanor.
  • While you should be a team player, you should also be capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are important.
  • You should have strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and multitasking efficiently.
