Description
- You will review contracts by verifying IDs and checking legal mentions for compliance;
- Verify invoices to ensure dealership credits are processed correctly;
- Manage account changes, including processing balances and updating address information;
- Proactively follow up on missing or incomplete documents for timely resolution;
- Coordinate with garages to facilitate smooth service delivery.
Your profile
- Ideal candidate will possess a mix of relevant skills and language proficiency;
- Familiarity with contract review is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Excel beneficial for data management;
- Experience in invoice verification is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected;
- Strong organizational skills required;
- Ability to process account changes effectively;
- Capable of working well under pressure;
- Team player essential for collaboration with colleagues;
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French required;
- Conversational English is a nice-to-have.
