Administrative Support Paiements
For our client, a major Belgian bank, we are looking for a temp for a period of 6 months. The aim of this position is to ensure the correct execution of domestic and international payments, within deadlines, in a controlled environment and in compliance with laws and regulations. Description
- Monitoring of domestic and foreign single and bulk payment flows.
- Management of events and anomalies on outgoing and incoming payments:
o Validations for risk management bodies.
o Process incoming and outgoing requests for return of funds.
o Swift message processing (incoming and outgoing).
- Processing and monitoring of domestic and foreign cheques.
- Processing of miscellaneous transactions linked to general transaction accounting accounts.
- Analysis and processing of suspense accounts.
- PRO customer services:
o Validation of first remittances from creditor customers.
o Creation of Isabel contracts and updating of existing contracts.
o Management of Isabel contracts for social secretariats, accounting offices and other intermediaries (e.g. Codabox).
o Answering customer queries (research, explanations, problems with CODA extracts).
- Execute and monitor cash transfers in accordance with Finance Department instructions.
- Execute and monitor transfers to VISA and MC in accordance with the Bank's provisioning requirements.
- Participation and support during acceptance phases (releases, evolutions, non-regressions).
- Daily updating of MIS in accordance with daily tasks performed.
- Contribute to the continuity of service activities by performing back-up tasks when necessary.
- Ensure continuous and effective communication with colleagues in the service, with the supervisor and with other services/departments.

- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, administration or accounting;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Dutch, French and English;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ideally at least 2 years' experience in a similar position and/or a strong desire to learn.
