As a Career Advisor, every day you have the opportunity to change the lives of others by finding the perfect match between our customers' needs and your candidates' expectations;You search for suitable candidates in our database, on external job boards, at job fairs and through networking. Sites such as Indeed and LinkedIn hold no secrets for you;
You carry out a telephone pre-selection to assess whether the candidate seems to fit in with one of our customers' job offers;
Thanks to an in-depth, high-quality interview, you find the best match between the candidate's expectations and the customer's requirements;
As a good career advisor, you follow your candidates throughout their career path, so they can rely on you every step of the way;
Being in daily contact with our customers, you understand their recruitment needs better than anyone else and build long-term relationships with them;
You're administratively sound: from advertising vacancies to collecting documents for contract signature, to writing interview reports, you take care of every detail;

Your profile
Passion for recruitment: A genuine enthusiasm for human resources and recruitment, with a desire to find the best talent for our customers ;Excellent interpersonal skills: The ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients, and build lasting relationships by understanding their specific needs. Also, to excel in your tasks, a good knowledge of French and English is required;
