Description
- You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers in Wallonia.
- You will analyze brokers' needs and requests, and advise them in a professional manner, taking into account our acceptance and underwriting policies, as well as the key principles of claims management.
- You will be responsible for actively identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads.
- You will be required to maintain rigorous administrative follow-up of customer data and contracts.
- You will be responsible for monitoring market developments and the position of competitors in order to maintain our competitive edge.
- You will be invited to participate actively in weekly internal team meetings and company events.
Your profile
- You have at least a university degree in a relevant field or similar experience.
- You have solid experience in selling insurance policies, preferably in a B2B context.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to interact with a variety of people.
- You are an effective, results-oriented collaborator with strong business acumen.
- You have in-depth knowledge of insurance products, particularly in the field of non-life insurance.
- You are dynamic, proactive and good at convincing others.
- You are fluent in French and also have Dutch language skills.
