Description

  • Serving as the main point of contact for handling significant incidents or service quality issues from both internal and external clients, thus playing a critical role in resolving problems and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the Head of Department in organizing and executing regular team activities, showcasing your contribution to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  • Overseeing the audit process and the preparation of Financial Reports for the managed funds, illustrating your role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Conducting ex-post controls on Net Asset Value (NAV), contributing to the integrity and reliability of financial data.
  • Ensuring that services received align with agreed service standards through the maintenance of issue logs, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Traffic Light reports, which are crucial in tracking and monitoring service quality.
  • Participating in Service Review Meetings with service providers, indicating your involvement in evaluating service performance and fostering relationships with external partners.
  • Engaging in relevant projects that require the presence of the Operations Oversight function, suggesting your active participation in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

Your profile

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in the fund industry, with a preference for Fund Administration or Audit background.
  • Proficiency in English and French is essential, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of the Luxembourg investment funds sector and its regulatory landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and previous experience in managing relationships for outsourced activities would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and Access.
  • Key competencies include analytical skills, self-motivation, adeptness at handling pressure and deadlines, effective prioritization, and networking skills.
  • Reliable team player with a loyal attitude.

Offer
