Description

As Coordinator, you will guide your team through the changes linked to the evolution of mobility;
  • You pass on and share your knowledge with employees;
  • You motivate your team to make the best use of and develop their skills, aptitudes and know-how, and ensure the smooth running of the department;
  • You ensure good cooperation within the team by managing and anticipating conflicts, and you develop a genuine team spirit;
  • Together with your team and colleagues, you are responsible for achieving operational objectives and monitoring results;
  • As a benevolent coordinator, you hold regular discussions with your teams and provide the necessary coaching.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years' experience as a People Manager (Coordinator, Team Leader,...) ;
  • You can set clear objectives and expectations, and identify and stimulate employee potential;
  • You are able to express yourself correctly in both national languages (NL/FR) and have a good knowledge of English;
  • You are willing to accept the flexibility expected in the job: working shifts and being able to work at weekends;
  • You are results-oriented and have a pragmatic mentality;

  • You take responsibility for achieving objectives, are able to make decisions and react appropriately;

o Has good analytical skills, enabling him/her to analyze and translate reports correctly, and to implement any corrective actions required;
o Is capable of translating strategic objectives into clear expectations for the team, proposing alternatives and involving employees in this reflection;
o Uses an open & positive communication style and is able to gain acceptance and achieve predetermined objectives through persuasion and argumentation skills;
