HR Manager

As Manager HR you are (co-)responsible for the department and all tasks of HR. The areas of responsibility are Payroll & Reporting, Prevention, Organization and agenda of the Works Council, Projects in the field of well-being at work and optimization of the organization , Internal Communication, Development, Events and workshops for employees, Facilities and Fleet. All activities are performed with a high degree of independence. You will report directly to the CEO and the Executive Committee.

Description

  • You are responsible for developing and implementing HR policies (including training policies).
  • You coordinate annual HR processes including salary increases, reporting and job content.
  • You are responsible for recruitment, hiring, selection and onboarding.
  • You have meetings with line managers around long-term employee succession (manpower planning, compensation, development, coaching and evolution cycle).
  • You have a central role in social consultation (agenda and member Works Council and ad hoc member CPBW).
  • You ensure the elaboration and conceptualization of major projects in collaboration with the CEO.
  • You lead, motivate, coach and evaluate the 4 HR staff members.
  • You lead the Internal Prevention Advisor (You are backup when needed).

Your profile

  • You have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of social law is an asset
  • You are trilingual NL/FR/ENG
  • You have analytical and strategic skills
  • You understand the company strategy and objectives and can concretize them in the HR policy
  • You are discrete and honest
  • You can listen and you are empathic
  • You have leadership and communication skills
