Description
- Reception and greeting of customers (telephone switchboard management, personal greeting, coordination of meeting rooms and schedules).
- Support for international travel planning and organization (travel management)
- Supervision of mail processing and coordination with external suppliers
- Inventory control and management
- Administrative support for various teams and departments
- Supervision of maintenance of premises and meeting areas
- Coordination of internal office events
Your profile
- Degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in secretarial or administrative work or equivalent
- At least 5 to 10 years' professional experience in reception or administration
- Organized, flexible, autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be discreet
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Perfect command of French and English.
