Description

  • As a specialist in the Service Team Contract & Personal Data operational team, you will be responsible for following up administrative HR questions from employees through HR Direct Access;
  • All technical tools provided, such as SAP HR, DB Access, HR Direct Access and Excel, will be used by you to perform the foreseen operational tasks;
  • You guarantee the correct application of principles and rules within the different processes, both at individual and collective level;
  • Incidents are detected by you and communicated to your team lead, after which you implement the necessary solutions;
  • Priorities you manage daily so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner;
  • In collaboration with your HR Service Center colleagues, you contribute to the execution of their daily tasks;
  • You work closely with HR Business and other specialist teams within HR, such as Social Regulations, Reward and Pension;
  • The proper execution and follow-up of various controls within the set deadlines are your responsibility;
  • If there are problems in the execution of processes, you inform your team lead so that the processes your Service Team 'owns' can be maintained and updated;
  • You actively participate in testings of new processes and changes, and provide necessary feedback;
  • Customer satisfaction is closely monitored by you.

Your profile

  • You have experience as an administrative administrator or in managing operational processes;
  • Technical and complex issues motivate you;
  • You have good analytical skills and an affinity with numbers and social legislation;
  • You are dynamic, flexible and stress resistant;
  • You work methodically, precisely and proactively;
  • You are a team player and work easily with everyone;
  • You are precise, sensitive to details and control your work;
  • The customer is your focus and you are willing to contact our employees;
  • You are able to contact our employees in French and in Dutch, both orally and in writing;
  • You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience);
  • You are not afraid of working with technical tools (SAP HR, databases of different types, Office Suite, HR Direct Access, ...).

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 2500
