Description
- Lead key tasks and foster collaboration within the department and with colleagues across the bank;
- Understand operational teams' tasks, build trust, and guide improvements in first-level controls and processes;
- Analyze the quality of certificates and perform documented second-level controls;
- Prepare summary control results to support issuing the global certificate to the Group;
- Contribute to the Control Book, summarizing control results, residual risk, materiality, and remediation plans in a risk dashboard;
- Provide clear and concise reports with relevant wording and tables;
- Conduct ad-hoc second-level controls and assist in updating control procedures;
- Work with internal and external inspections, coordinating the closure of related recommendations;
- Be control-minded, innovative, and suggest solutions to optimize departmental processes.
Your profile
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics or linked to it;
- You are fluent in both French and English;
- 2 years of experience in banking environment;
- Experience of financial processes is an asset;
- You can assess financial risks and develop controls to reduce this risk;
- You have a basic knowledge of accounting control ;
- You have a basic knowledge of IFRS standards or are prepared to acquire them in the short term;
- You are critical and assertive and you are able to distinguish between the main and the accessory;
- You can handle a great deal of information, summarise the essentials and present it to colleagues and Management;
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
- You are proactive, motivated, dynamic and flexible You are a teamplayer.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
