-Development and administrative management of the project plans;
-Supporting/helping product owners in making their plans / product back log;
-Encourage and support agile working in subprojects;
-Project monitoring and reporting;
-Risk and issue management;
-Follow-up on project documentation and change control;
-Support communication;
-Make sure that product owners deliver project deadlines within time, scope and budget;
-Evaluate project activities/Follow Up;
-Project closure including the capture of lessons learnt;
-Liaison between different stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction;
-Work closely with management;
-Initiate and support the change management.


-Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience;
-Fluent French, Dutch and English;
-5 years of relevant experience as Project Manager;
-SAP Knowledge;
-Project Management in an Agile Way of Working: knowledge of methodology & tools;
-HR Knowledge;
-Ability to see the overall picture - strategic thinking;
-Get the most out of people and teams: strong communicator and motivation skills;
-Strong analytic - synthetic skills to come to solutions;
-Co-Creator - Proactive - Problem solver;
-Team spirit;
