- The main role of the FA / Tax Production Administrator is to perform the FA and Tax operational work (oversight review for daily FA & Tax tasks, reporting preparation for regulatory and tax purposes), by ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with the internal procedure and maintain a consistently high level of service for the department :

- Ensuring that the daily FA & Tax review is performed within agreed deadline with respective backup completed.
- Reporting any issue clearly and concisely to his supervisor.
- Preparing relevant data downloads for all the annual reporting that has to be completed for the different countries (for Germany, Austria, Italy, UK...).
- Preparing relevant data downloads for the regulatory reporting (CSSF, Mifid,..)


- Be graduated in Economics or Accounting from University or from a business school.
- Some experience in fund industry is an asset
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail
- Language: English required due to business reason
