Description:

- General administrative support (drafting and reviewing documents as letters & e-mails, scanning, filing, etc);
- Ensuring specific administrative support related to the needs of the funds team;
- follow-up assistance for client records;
- preparation and compiling of the documents for internal and external meeting;
- be in charge of expense forms and mission orders;
- dealing with external and internal regular mails for the team;
- Organisations of meetings and trips abroad;
- Management of electronic diaries, schedules, meetings for the Partner.

Profile:

- A degree related to Administration, Assistantship or Secretarial Support;
- 2 years of experience as an assistant;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook , Word , PowerPoint, Excel, Visio);
- to speak English and French fluently, German will be an asset;
- Attention to detail and accuracy, efficient and flexible;
- team-worker
