Description:

- be the primary client facing expert for service delivery
- manage external communications of the operations teams concerning NAV validation and investment compliance issues
- pre-empt and manage/resolve service issues
- represent fund administration services internally and externally
- support the coordination and delivery of all key service reviews and due diligence questionnaires with the client
- work across the various processes (fund accounting, pricing, trade processing, NAV validation, investment compliance)
- support client training requirements
- ensure legal documentation is constantly up-to-date and regular reviews are occuring between relevant parties

Profile:

- diploma in accounting, finance, economics, ...
- minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- ability to interact efficienly with clients and effectively manage client expectations
- comfortable interacting with people at all levels
- organized, consciencious and strive for an error-free performance
- fluent in English and French
