Description:

- In charge of the legal and corporate matters, the incorporation of companies and the administration of the day-to-day queries
- Draft the corporate documentation such as resolutions, minutes, Powers of Attorney, share certificates
- Prepare and organize the board and shareholders' meetings as well as of the relevant documents and minutes ;
- Draft, review, assess and revise contracts and/or legal documents;
- Follow-up and handle KYC matters and procedures ;

Profile:

- Bachelor or Masters degree in Law, Tax or Finance
- At least 5 years experience in a relevant position as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, ideally in charge of a small team
- A basic knowledge of Luxembourg accounting rules ;
- Fluent in English and French. Any other language is a strong asset (German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Dutch, ...)
- Excellent client service skills
