- Account opening and static data changes;
- Mailings to shareholders;
- Administrative reports for Board Packs;
- Audit confirmation for funds
- Simplified KYC;
- Client reporting;
- DMT tasks (scanning, archiving and fax server management);


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification;
- At least 2 years' experience in Transfer Agency or similar position, involving client contact;
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of dealing with clients and intermediaries at all levels;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail;
- Excellent PC skills;
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Any other European language such as Italian, Spanish or German would be an advantage;
