Description:

- Giving legal advice with regard to the Corporate & Institutional Banking and Retail Banking activities (concerning mainly civil, commercial and corporate law aspects)
- In charge of drafting, reviewing and negotiating any types of agreements in relation with activities (mostly but not exclusively standard and customized credit agreements & security packages)
- Actively participating in the legal and regulatory developments within our client group including the launch of new products in coordination with other departments (compliance, risks, product development, IT…)
- Responsible for coordinating outside counsels
- Providing support to the Head of Legal and team members on various matters

Profile:

- Master's degree in Law, CCDL
- 5 years of experience in a large financial institution or a law firm
- Good knowledges of Luxembourg's banking, legal and regulatory environment
- Organization and coordination skills, with attention of details and an efficient overview of key questions and priorities
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory, German is a strong advantage. Other languages would be considered as an asset.
