- Take responsibility for all the administrative support work necessary to facilitate the activities of managers and/or partners;
- Organize meetings, travel, manage agendas, handle correspondence and other secretarial tasks;
- Communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner;
- Produce documents, briefings, papers, reports and presentations as required;
- Organize department meetings, attending and taking minutes where requested and ensuring the managers are well prepared;
- Respect and enforce the required level of confidentiality at all time;


- 2 to 5 years of experience on similar duties;
- Fluent in English AND in French; German and/or Luxembourgish are assets;
- Secretarial education;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools;
- Able to adapt easily to different level of interlocutors
