- Providing Company Secretarial and Legal support regarding domiciled Funds and Companies
- Attending some physical board meetings and drafting the minutes
- Ensuring that funds and companies comply with applicable local laws
- Participating in the preparation of Board packs and administrative tasks including changes in signatories' powers, funds registration, filing annual accounts and document scanning
- Following of signatures and legal documentation
- Preparing bank compliance letters, certificates, corporate agreements and Luxembourg entity-related documents


- 2 years experience in an administrative/team co-ordinator role
- Perfectly fluent in English, written and spoken. French and/or German will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office and Internet)
