Description:

- service as a subject matter expert to the HR Director
- relationship with external providers and administrative bodies
- reviewing reports, conducting performance meetings
- participate in buthdget allocation of benefits plans
- provide monthly HR statistics and statutory reporting
- supervise the employee administration activities
- manage the payroll process and perform the control function

Profile:

- Master's Degree in HR or related field
- minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- excellent level of French and English
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and management system software
- knowledge of economic principles
- good knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, social security and tax matters
- excellent knowledge in Excel
