Description:

- Manage processes and allocation of resources related to NAV completion rate updates, fund audit fullfillment, gain & loss reporting, settlement, commissions, invoicing and financial payments.
- Monitor support services to ensure optimum client service and satisfaction, taking part of the issues resolution related to fund transactions, accounting and reporting.
- Participate in client onboarding and make sure that departmental policies and procedures are followed accordingly.
- Ensure clients are compliant with IRS regulatory standards, carry out tax forms to shareholders in a timely manner.
- Plans, allocates and monitors workflow to ensure that internal and external projects are accurately and timely completed.
- Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure they are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs.

Profile:

- 4/5 years of total work experience minimum with at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred. Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
- Associate's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Fluent in English.
