• Support the development, and drive the achievement of strategy taking into account business priorities
• Delivering day-to-day support on several HR tasks and needs
• Management of the recruitment process from A to Z
• Providing support during the monthly payroll
• Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met


• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR position in Luxembourg
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory, all other language would be considered as an asset
• Ability to to collaborate and find opportunities to help
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
