- Recruiting interns and permanent employees up to 5 years seniority;
- Participating to the recruitment process from requirement definition to employee integration;
- Development of sourcing processes;
- Developing strategic partnerships with schools and universities;
- Answering employees' daily requests such as filling holidays slips, sending annual leave balance...
- Project part: employees' integration process improvement, writing integration handbook


- You love the HR role;
- You are highly fluent in English and fluent in French;
- Credibility in your interview approach;
- Polyvalence: you can work on different levels of modernity of the HR role;
- You have an experience in a professional services company, preferably in an international environment.


- Permanent contract in a 3-people HR team;
- Our client is a lawyer firm.
