- In collaboration with the Finance Manager, participate in the compiling and the analysis of the monthly and annual financial reporting;
- Involvement in setting up a general cost accounting;
- In collaboration with the Finance Manager, compile and generate the yearly budget;
- Develop and manage financial control systems in accordance with the company's procedures;
- Maintain and correct the data of the analytical application of our accounting system;
- Assist the Finance Manager in setting up a new ERP system. This involves the reflection about and writing of new information flow procedures and the co-management of data transfer to the new ERP system;
- Manage projects in collaborations with other departments;
- Be the business partner of the other internal departments and in particular the marketing department (financial analysis, support for pricing issues, ...)
- Providing administrative & technical support to the team members and helping out with any other tasks.


- Master degree
- 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both oral and written
- Excellent command of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Pro-active, well organized, structured and accurate
- Service-oriented
- Strong communications skills
- Team player
- Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in a demanding environment
- Manage expectations in terms of deadlines and outcome of tasks assigned
