- Manage the Contact Center and ensure that they meet up with targets and perform their duties according to laid down instructions and guidelines;
- Train team members and review their performances;
- Lead by example.
We are looking for:
- Experience in people management (at least 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge NL/FR;
- Leadership, analytics, critical mind-set, commercial attitude, coaching and mentoring, goal setting and achievement, and multitasking.
