Description:

- Respond to incoming e-mail, chat, and phone enquiries from leads and clients across different lifecycle stages
- Be the human touchpoint in the customer journey
- Onboard new customers and follow up till first investment
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to create ambassadors
- Ensure general satisfaction of the customer by leading them to problems-solving resources

Profile:

- Excellent written communication in Dutch and French
- Any Master degree or a Bachelor (banking and finance)
- Interest in asset management and fintech
- A first experience in a B2C environment
- Strong relational & organizational skills
