For one of our client active in the financial sector, we are looking for an Office Assistant.

Your missions :
- Daily administrative tasks such as answering the phone, welcoming people in the reception, handling parcels, and printing tasks
- Helping with the planning and practicalities of internal/external events and conferences
- Ordering office supplies, goods and gifts for internal celebrations as well as receiving these
- Helping visitors such as ordering taxis and giving instructions
- Setting up internal- and external meetings, incl. food and drinks
- New employees: managing phones and phone contracts
- Keeping track of the kitchen, meeting rooms, and printer room – and making sure the rooms look neat
- Scanning, copying, and managing administrative documents (such as leases/contracts)
- Picking up- and sending parcels
- Light IT support and ordering IT equipment
- Data deliveries for consultants: picking up and delivering for examples memory sticks from/to clients


- You hold a min of a high school diploma
- You are fluent in English and one of the national languages.
- You have thorough understanding of the office management procedures
- You are an MS Office wizard
- You excel at problem solving and have unparalleled interpersonal communication skills
- Time management, organisational and administrative skills are your thing


Our client is located in Brussels (Ixelles) & offers yoyu :
- A fixed-term contract
- 19H/week
- in a small team with a lot of responsibilities;
