Description:

- Providing Company secretarial and legal support regarding domiciled funds and companies;
- Attending board meetings and drafting minutes;
- Ensuring that funds and companies comply with applicable local laws;
- Participating in the preparation of board packs and administrative tasks;
- Liaising with internal and external parties such as notaries, lawyers, regulators,...;
- In charge of reviewing corporate documentation for the clients.

Profile:

- Degree in Law or Business administration;
- 3-5 years experience in a same position, ideally in the fund industry;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong written communication skills;
- Fluency in English, any other languages would be consider as an asset.
