- Provide support to the Associate Director HR Shared Services
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Liaise with the HR Shared Services and HR Generalists
- Manage the day to day performance and service delivery of the HR Support team
- Provide guidance to HR Services teams
- Ensure processes and policies are up to date
- Provide guidance in respect of existing and past employee references, ensuring they adhere to employment law regulations
- Regular assessment of the satisfaction of the quality, cost and availability of the HR Support team
- Develop and implement new services, policies and procedures for HR Support
- Support with local HRSS audits
- Support the writing and reviewing of articles on HR Hub
- Assist with specific benefits queries and administration
- Identify and implement service improvement across the whole HR operations
- Be the first escalation point for exceptional HR Services queries
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects


- Sound knowledge in Continent Europe HR Benefits
- Good Knowledge of Payroll taxes and compliances would be an added advantage
- Fluency in English is mandatory as well as a good level in German
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- HR legal knowledge
