An Degryse, Business Manager
After obtaining a Master’s degree in Psychology and 15 years of field experience in many different segments, I joined the Rainbow Resources family as a Recruitment Consultant. As a student and in life, I’ve always tried to get the most out of the opportunities I was presented with.
I grabbed the opportunity to gain knowledge, experience and skills by working on projects for several organisations. In the political segment, for example, I built a team of up to 20 people, managed a lot of local campaigns and gained a lot of people knowledge and marketing experience.
When I am not at work, I enjoy family time, music, concerts and doing sports, such as running and swimming.
Tess Guetat, Consultant
A seasoned expat working in many parts of the world from Chicago to Dubai, London and indeed Brussels, it gave me a great appreciation for people, cultures, languages and most of all and, in spite of the distance, for our similarities and synergies as humans.
I have a background in communication and extensive consultancy experience for and at blue chip organisations, I am passionate about people and business. I hold a CIPD diploma in HR Management, an MBA in Digital Transformation, a master and bachelor in languages.
When not at work, I love spending time volunteering, doing sports and long walks across the Belgian countryside and with family and friends.
Tess will be joining team Banking in Brussels recruiting high-end profiles.
Alison Cigna, Junior Consultant
After World War II, a big part of the people who would become my family came to work for the European Institutions. I grew up in this european atmosphere with my italian, french, polish, austrian and german origins. I have been passionate about books since I read Harry Potter at the age of 11 and I am in the process of writing my own.
I started my studies at University a bit lost about what to do with my life. It was rapidly brought to my attention that being a writer was not a real job. I ended up doing a Bachelor in Sociology-Anthropology and I actually loved it. I was passionate about other cultures and how they think and live in the same world ass mine but in different contexts. However, being a practical person, I needed to feel like I had impact or helped others. That is why I changed orientation after graduating and started a second Bachelor in Psychology completed by a Master in Work Psychology.
My mother will often joke about the fact that I could have been a doctor with all the years I studied. She is not wrong.
After my studies, my goal was to find a useful job where I could add something to create wellbeing at work. Today, it has become a massive challenge for companies of all sizes and all sectors. Personally, I strongly believe that wellbeing at work starts with excellent recruitment.
Alison will be joining team Business Support & HR in Brussels.
Matthieu Postiau, Account Manager
I have always considered myself an open-minded person and a good listener. Being trilingual, this opportunity allowed me to open myself towards other cultures. Open-mindedness granted me a better understanding of the different mentalities, and to develop myself personally and professionally.
Last year, I decided to launch my career in the sales and communication sector. I developed this passion through my internship, during which I learned to manage my own customer pool. This transition from sales to recruitment seemed to me more than natural, because what interests me concretely are human contact and the feel to be useful towards my customers.
Matthieu will be joining team Business Support & HR in Brussels.
Sandy Heylen, Assistant
Born as ‘little Sandy’ in a warm family, supported in every decision I made, I chose to take a different path after I graduated.
« You have a way with words, go into the sales industry » they said. And so I took my first steps in a commercial position. Afterwards, I went on to work in administrative and support roles. Experience, from which I still benefit today.
Caring for others and helping them, have always been central elements, not only personally but also in my job.
Using my experience to help others find a new challenge, I go to work every day, with a smile on my face. I aspire to offer quality and service in all aspects of my job.
If I am not at work, you can find me with my family or at the dance school.
Sandy will be joining team 'Central Office' in Antwerp.
Tanya Kruijer, Consultant
During my life, I had the chance to travel a lot and to live abroad for 11 years in countries like Australia, Namibia and the Fiji Islands.
I did my last years of high school and completed my higher education in English, which is why I became bilingual English/Dutch.
Having to get out of my comfort zone over those years, I became this social being that loves to be surrounded by diverse personalities. In my opinion, this is an advantage in the recruitment sector where understanding and reading people are very valuable skills.
Tanya will be joining team Antwerp.
